Booking & Payment

Your session is officially reserved once your deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time. Remaining balances are due on or before the session date unless otherwise arranged.

Rescheduling & Weather

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather at the photographer’s discretion to ensure the best experience and final images.

Editing & Delivery

Galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise noted.

Each image is carefully edited in the photographer’s signature style. Raw files are not included.

Gallery Access

Your online gallery will be available for two weeks after delivery. Please download and save your images during this time, as gallery access cannot be guaranteed once it expires.

During Your Session

Every session is unique. Lighting, weather, locations, and the cooperation of children may affect the final images. While every effort is made to capture meaningful moments, some factors are outside the photographer’s control.

Timing

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, so please arrive camera-ready to make the most of your session.

Image Selection & Use

Final images are selected and delivered at the photographer’s discretion. Specific poses or moments cannot be guaranteed. Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless a written request is made prior to the session.
